Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our Sales team at Procore Technologies. Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned geographic territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and other teams to drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, generate interest, and obtain business requirements from key accounts.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts, providing regular sales activity and project reports to sales management as needed.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on key competitors and their offerings, ensuring that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers.
  • Lead and Opportunity Management: Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within our CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators.
  • Client Support: Coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues and execute service agreements.
  • Travel: Periodic travel to client sites for on-site visits and meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Sales Methodology: Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired.
  • Inside Sales Experience: Proven record of success in an inside sales-based selling model.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools, as well as experience with CRM and opportunity management systems.
  • Pipeline and Forecasting Management: Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
What We Offer

At Procore Technologies, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $60.00 hourly plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $116,000 - $207,000. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. We are committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and have provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
