Job Title: SMB Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our Sales team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new strategic mid-sized customers and growing revenue through new product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and follow up with new prospects from inbound leads and outbound cold calling
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information
  • Develop and execute prospecting plans for territory development
  • Network and research accounts to identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts and provide sales management with reports as requested
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure effective communication of our value proposition
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales and/or outside sales-based selling model
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
  • Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably
  • Proven ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting
What We Offer:

Base pay range is $ hourly plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $99,600 - $136,950. This role is also eligible for equity compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
