Position Overview:
The Marketing Assistant role is an entry-level opportunity that serves as a stepping stone to the Marketing Coordinator position. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about the financial sector and eager to develop their skills with our team. This position provides the chance to learn from seasoned professionals, engage in diverse projects, and familiarize oneself with various systems. The Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing team by ensuring quality assurance and procedural assistance to team members.
As part of our proprietary marketing solutions, the Marketing Assistant will assist in coordinating essential tasks that support our independent financial advisor partners. Regular responsibilities include managing, processing, and tracking templated marketing materials, facilitating communication for monthly recognition programs, liaising with third-party administrators, and providing support to Marketing Coordinators.
This role reports directly to the AVP of Marketing and offers additional support to the FVP of Marketing, the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and select advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and route customized marketing campaign materials for individual advisors and strategic groups.
- Coordinate and track unique marketing materials in collaboration with relevant advisors.
- Conduct quality assurance and provide recommendations on marketing materials.
- Facilitate the monthly recognition program for top-performing advisors.
- Collaborate with third-party administrators to connect clients with appropriate advisors.
- Assist in the planning and execution of business development marketing campaigns.

- Prior experience in a business setting is advantageous.
- A strong interest in the financial industry is essential.
- Experience in financial services or retirement planning is preferred.
