Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to formulate and implement risk management strategies tailored to their specific profiles.
  • Engage in continuous learning regarding the evolving landscape of the insurance sector to ensure compliance with all policy stipulations and to oversee customer satisfaction with claims.
  • Execute proven sales methodologies to maintain and expand a portfolio of loyal, long-term clients.
  • Dedicate time to understanding the needs and financial situations of new and prospective clients, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions that effectively address their individual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer files to provide timely updates on progress towards sales objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, is required.
  • An active insurance license is mandatory.
  • Experience with accounting or sales lead management software is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of the insurance industry, its products, risk management profiles, and relevant regulations is necessary.
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese is preferred but not essential.
