Job Description
The Jonus Group is seeking a skilled Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recognizing cross-selling opportunities, and negotiating with carrier underwriters to secure the best rates for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relationships and provide timely quotes for personal lines coverages.
- Negotiate with carrier underwriters to secure the best rates for clients.
- Handle new and renewal submissions, as well as quoting and issuing policies.
- Work with multiple carriers and rating systems to ensure seamless service.
- Oversee overall account management, including client communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven customer service and sales skills, with a strong ability to self-direct job duties.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- A valid Property & Casualty License is required for this role.
