Position Summary

We are in search of a dynamic and analytical Sales Enablement Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will focus on assessing sales performance metrics, crafting strategies for sales objectives and initiatives, prioritizing tasks based on performance data, and providing insightful recommendations grounded in data analysis. Your contributions will be pivotal in fostering our sales and business development for Visa Value Added Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance Evaluation: Consistently evaluate sales performance metrics such as revenue, sales volume, market share, and profit margins to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges. Deliver comprehensive reports on your insights and suggest actionable solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the sales team to formulate and execute strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives and initiatives. This encompasses identifying potential sales leads, refining sales processes, and developing sales forecasts and methodologies for reporting.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data insights to guide and influence sales strategies and decision-making processes. This involves interpreting complex sales data and translating it into actionable strategies.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Engage closely with sales leaders to comprehend their requirements and furnish them with pertinent insights and recommendations. This may include training sales personnel on how to interpret and utilize sales data, and advocating for innovative approaches to measurement and evaluation.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Compile and present detailed reports on sales performance, targets, and initiatives to key stakeholders. This includes creating visual representations and dashboards to illustrate trends, forecasts, and insights.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside other departments (such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Service) to ensure cohesive alignment of sales strategies and initiatives. This includes sharing data, insights, and their implications.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional sales and operations teams to validate sales readiness, client success, and opportunities for product/service enhancements.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to achieve sales targets and initiatives.
  • Communicate insights across customer, partner, and revenue data in alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Navigate through ambiguity and data to discern trends and articulate business value.
  • Assess and prioritize sales activities based on performance data when determining initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform and influence GTM and Commercialization strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of sales strategies, results, and priorities.
  • Engage comfortably with senior executives, providing input and recommendations.
  • Conduct industry research to benchmark and deliver positioning recommendations and sales approaches.
  • Assist in ad hoc analyses and other tasks to support the GTM team.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid positions are expected to work from the office 2-3 designated days per week, with a general guideline of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business requirements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).

Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or over 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Tableau is advantageous.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with comfort in executive messaging.
• Proven success in cross-functional delivery and growth strategy.
• Experience collaborating directly with sales leaders, account executives, and/or revenue strategy teams to identify growth challenges and drive commercial outcomes.

Additional Information:

Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.
Travel Requirements: This position may require travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This role will be performed in an office environment, requiring the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and via telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is up to $83,500 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
