Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Solution Overlay Sales team to deliver exceptional reporting and analytics.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, opportunity forecasting, and bookings.
  • Work alongside technical teams to ascertain stakeholder requirements and develop comprehensive reporting specifications for business intelligence dashboards.
  • Evaluate sales performance and propose actionable improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Actively participate in change management initiatives and go-to-market projects, identifying root causes and executing related performance enhancement projects.
  • Assist in fiscal year planning, target setting, and ad-hoc analytical tasks.
