About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop plans to improve sales performance.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive dynamics, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that stay ahead of the competition.
