Strategic Sales Director

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
- Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop plans to improve sales performance.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive dynamics, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that stay ahead of the competition.
