Director of Partner Marketing Job Description

Agility Recovery is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partner marketing efforts. As Director of Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with Agility Recovery leadership to create and execute a partner marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Partnership Identification & Cultivation: Identify and build relationships with key partners to drive co-marketing initiatives and revenue growth.
  • Co-Marketing Initiatives: Develop and manage co-branded marketing campaigns, joint webinars, and content collaborations with partners to drive brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to ensure partner programs are aligned with sales goals and deliver measurable impact on revenue growth.
  • Vertical Market Focus: Lead the identification and development of partner marketing strategies tailored to key vertical industries to ensure our services align with industry-specific needs and trends.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Set clear KPIs for partner marketing initiatives and track performance to provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or business development, preferably within the B2B technology, SaaS or business continuity sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive revenue and growth.
  • Strong understanding of vertical markets such as finance, healthcare, and IT, with the ability to tailor marketing strategies to specific industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing partner marketing programs.
