About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Coordinator to join our team in New York City. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with our Store Director and be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of BVLGARI's history, collections, and inventory to provide seamless support to customers and sales teams.
  • Promote the brand's image through professional appearance and conduct during Brand Presentations.
  • Enhance the sales process by supporting the sales team in client engagement, product presentation, and sales completion.
  • Aid in procuring items during sales presentations, including client interactions and sales transactions.
  • Support Grand Vendeurs with product details, CRM, gifts, and jewelry consignment selection.
  • Coordinate in-store activities like Masterclasses, Trunk Shows, and special events.
  • Assist the service advisor with repair orders, complimentary services, jewelry cleaning, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth traffic flow in the boutique, overseeing turn systems and floor coverage.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, ensuring displays exude luxury and are consistently replenished.
  • Participate in quarterly inventory checks.
  • Handle phone inquiries with exceptional customer service skills, addressing sales, repairs, and other queries.

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - 65,000 per year, which includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and paid time off benefits.
