Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Waterpark Sales Experience Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The Waterpark Sales Experience Coordinator will work closely with the Waterpark Sales Manager to welcome and detail celebrations for under 45 guests.
  • This individual will be responsible for answering all celebration communication via phone, email, and Triple Seat, ensuring a flawless onsite welcome experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with potential event hosts to book, plan, and execute small waterpark events of 45 guests or less alongside the Waterpark Sales Manager.
  2. Communicate with park departments to make all necessary arrangements to ensure a successful event.
  3. Facilitate/handle birthday events such as set-up and staging.
  4. Act as support for the waterpark guest services team and operations team as it pertains to celebrations and small events.
  5. Respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal and external customers.
  6. Be knowledgeable of all events going on throughout the waterpark.
  7. Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems during all events.
  8. Process Event Orders, including food and beverage arrangements and payment as needed.
  9. Function as the on-site contact to guests for all aspects of their events as delegated by the Waterpark Sales Manager.
  10. Assist with on-site sponsorship activations, sign installation, compliance photos, etc., as needed.
  11. Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations every shift and report on outcomes to the Waterpark Sales Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • The ability to supervise multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work well with others is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) are preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1-2 years' experience in the entertainment, food & beverage, and/or hospitality industry is encouraged but not required.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
