Innovative Solutions is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for our clients by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of relationship building, pipeline management, and closing deals. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop solutions that exceed client expectations and maintain ongoing sales funnel reports with timely and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage client relationships
- Engage in-person at our offices three times per week to build and nurture strong relationships with AWS teams
- Leverage industry knowledge to identify and qualify forward-thinking opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions
- Proactively prospect new opportunities using lead generation tools

Success Factors

- A strong desire to solve problems and take on challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years as an Account Executive

Compensation

This role offers a base salary of $140K-$150K with an uncapped commission model. Typical OTE is $320K-$400K.
