Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team and help drive revenue growth through strategic pricing and revenue management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for one to two hotels, focusing on market segment and rate code optimization.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management team and property teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and execute promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business, Hospitality, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pricing, Yield/Revenue Management, or Predictive Analytics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pricing science and commercial technologies.

Estimated Salary:

$100,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on qualifications and location.
