Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator to join our Sales Business Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building relationships with customers, providing product information, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize our CRM tracking system to manage leads, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Participate in team development sessions to share best practices, improve processes, and drive sales growth.
- At least one previous role in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in computer software and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- A team player with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
