Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Virtual Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Virtual Sales Managers, driving revenue growth and maximizing sales performance across assigned business units and product categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Virtual Sales Managers, fostering leadership skills and effective team management.
  • Design, maintain, and deliver performance reports for Virtual Sales Managers, establishing goals and measuring team progress against key performance indicators.
  • Drive and deliver sales targets by setting clear objectives, monitoring team performance, and holding team members accountable for achieving results.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to optimize sales processes, increase revenue, and ensure consistent attainment of key performance indicators.
  • Partner closely with Field Sales Leadership to align strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts to maximize sales opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role managing sales managers, with a proven track record of success.
  • 5-10 years of experience in virtual or field sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving quotas as a seller/manager and in fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be located in the Charlotte Metro, NC area.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
