Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve performance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven success in inside sales with experience leading and/or managing a team
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and KPI management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: Base: $65K, OTE: $125
