Position Overview

This role offers a $500 Sign-on Bonus, with $250 disbursed after the first 30 days and another $250 after 90 days.

Quarterly bonuses are also available.

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional, value-driven service that surpasses guest expectations. This role focuses on securing and nurturing corporate and social events, non-profit engagements, and weddings, while maintaining relationships with existing clients and exploring new opportunities. The individual will coordinate all sales and service activities stemming from direct and indirect sales efforts in the corporate, wedding, and social markets for events. A professional demeanor, coupled with a warm, confident, and enthusiastic personality, is essential for success in this position. The opportunity to work from home one day per week may be available, depending on business requirements.



Key Responsibilities

In addition to the primary duties, the following skills and experiences are desirable:
  • Proficient in analyzing client requirements and negotiating pricing alongside client expectations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to perform under time constraints.
  • Demonstrated efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant industry sales systems; CI/TY experience is preferred.
  • Competence in utilizing Microsoft Excel for regular spreadsheet creation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Sound judgment and logical reasoning in evaluating situations and leveraging appropriate resources.
  • Self-motivated and directed, with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
