About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Sales Manager to join our team at Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. as a Senior National Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding relationships with our largest distribution customers and key strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Revenue: Achieve sales quota for each identified distribution and strategic account, driving year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Expand Relationships: Manage specific national account customers, working closely with their internal teams and field resources to identify and address their needs.
  • Drive Product and RMR Sales: Work with national accounts to drive product and recurring monthly revenue (RMR) sales with new and existing end-user customers.
  • Identify and Address Customer Needs: Collaborate with customers to identify specific needs and bring those needs back to the business for product development.
  • Liaison between Customers and Internal Teams: Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clients' requirements are met.
  • Identify and Attract New Customers: Identify and attract prospective new strategic customers, responsible for annual contracts and dealer agreements.
  • Collect and Analyze Sales Data: Collect and analyze sales data and trends, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings according to company standards.
  • Implement Sales Strategies: Work with customer sales and marketing departments to implement sales strategies for growth.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience calling on distribution at the corporate level.
  • Security Industry Experience: 7+ years of experience in the security industry for product/software sales.
  • Negotiation and Client Requirements: Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • CRM and MS Excel: Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Travel: Availability to travel as needed, with 50% travel required.
