Position Overview

Enjoy a $500 Sign-On Bonus, with $250 awarded after the first month and another $250 after three months of service.

Quarterly bonuses are also part of the compensation package.

The Catering Sales Manager is dedicated to delivering exceptional, value-driven service that surpasses guest expectations. This role focuses on securing and nurturing corporate and social events, including Non-Profits and weddings, while maintaining relationships with existing clients and exploring new opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating all sales and service activities through direct and indirect solicitation in corporate, wedding, and social markets for events. A professional demeanor, along with a warm, confident, and enthusiastic personality, is essential. This position allows for remote work one day per week, depending on business requirements.



Key Responsibilities

  • Proficient in analyzing client requirements and negotiating pricing and requests.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and relevant sales systems; CI/TY experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for regular spreadsheet creation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Sound judgment and logical reasoning in evaluating situations and utilizing resources.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
