Position Overview

A competitive sign-on bonus of $500 is available for this role, with $250 awarded after the first month and another $250 after three months of employment.

This position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, Short/Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Smart Dollar, and more.

Quarterly bonuses are also part of the compensation package.

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional, value-driven service that surpasses client expectations. This role focuses on securing and nurturing corporate and social events, including Non-Profits and weddings, while maintaining relationships with existing clients and exploring new opportunities. The individual will coordinate all sales and service activities related to corporate, wedding, and social events. A professional demeanor and a warm, confident, and enthusiastic personality are essential for success in this position. Remote work is possible one day a week, depending on business requirements.

  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of working with high efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales systems; experience with CI/TY is preferred.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets regularly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Sound judgment and logical reasoning in evaluating situations and utilizing appropriate resources.
  • Self-motivated with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
