Position Overview

This role offers a $500 Sign-on Bonus, distributed as $250 after the first 30 days and another $250 after 90 days.

Quarterly bonuses are also available.

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional, value-driven service that surpasses client expectations, showcasing a commitment to excellence and enthusiasm in all tasks. The main objective of this position is to secure and nurture corporate and social events, including Non-Profits and weddings, while maintaining relationships with existing clients and exploring opportunities for new events. This role entails overseeing all sales and service operations generated through direct and indirect sales efforts in corporate, wedding, and social markets. A professional demeanor, along with a warm, approachable, confident, and motivating personality, is essential. This position allows for remote work one day per week, contingent on business requirements.



Key Responsibilities

In addition to fulfilling primary responsibilities and supportive tasks, candidates may be expected to demonstrate a combination of the following skills and experiences:
  • Proficiency in assessing client needs and negotiating pricing alongside client requests.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Capacity to perform under time constraints.
  • Proven track record of working with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant industry Sales systems; CI/TY experience is preferred.
  • Competence in utilizing Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets regularly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Sound judgment and logical reasoning in evaluating situations and utilizing appropriate resources.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of providing exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
