Job Title: Regional Director

At SkyHop Global, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Regional Director. This role will play a crucial part in overseeing the operations and management of our stations across the region, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including fuel policy and accident reporting procedures, among drivers.
  • Collaborate with HR to oversee station recruiting, ensuring full staffing at all times and timely completion of paperwork for new drivers and managers, including necessary licenses, permits, and registrations.
  • Hold drivers and Station Managers accountable to company standards and expectations.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and proactively ensure all vehicles are properly maintained under the hood and inside the van. Supervise fleet management across all locations to ensure compliance with DOT standards.
  • Direct station operations by collaborating with Station General Managers.
  • Develop and execute training plans.
  • Evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time performance, safety, payroll budgets, Net Operating Profit, and Service Compliance.
  • Analyze reports on station and employee performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions for personnel.
  • Travel within the state of Florida to provide management support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of management experience
  • Ability to react quickly to changing situations
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays according to our 24/7/365 operation
  • Strong leadership skills ability to work with employees from a variety of backgrounds and personalities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, preferably at a start-up
  • Ability to prioritize tasks constantly throughout shift
