Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Account Executive to join our team in Downtown Chicago. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and consultation
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates on recruitment solutions and strategies
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing sales or consultative sales roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry
- Uncapped commissions and quarterly performance-based bonuses
