Job Summary

As a Sales Account Executive at DHD Consulting, you will be responsible for overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns. This role requires a proven track record in sales, excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead and direct the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally, including planning and directing sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Prepare sales budgets and projections, and approve expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Set discount rates and determine price schedules to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Advise distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation, leveraging sales analytics and market insights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Set sales quotas and goals, and oversee the performance of the sales team to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (4 years) with a proven track record in sales.
  • Bilingual (Chinese & English) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales, excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills to ensure effective resource allocation and sales performance.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs, with excellent relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
