In this position, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients associated with Manheim, a part of the Cox family of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client account relationships, ensuring effective communication and fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Review and update vehicle condition reports, approving and auditing repair documentation.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections alongside account representatives, providing recommendations for enhancements to maximize vehicle value.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding vehicles, delivering high-quality service and resolving issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure proper vehicle movement and timely reconditioning.
  • Collaborate in preparing vehicles for sale, ensuring accurate scanning and organization.
  • Review the sale lineup, identify missing vehicles, and work with account representatives to ensure readiness for sale.
  • Adhere to all safety and health protocols, exemplifying best practices in your work.

Qualifications:

Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience that meets the requirements.

Effective communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Preferred: Experience driving vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions, along with prior knowledge in vehicle reconditioning and auto body work.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld portable terminals are also preferred.

Work Environment: This role is primarily outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions.

Drug Testing: Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive maintains a drug-free workplace.
