Job Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and committed Bi-Lingual Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate must possess fluency in both English and Spanish, demonstrating the ability to manage a substantial volume of calls efficiently. Proficiency in multi-tasking and precise note-taking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a significant influx of incoming calls while documenting all discussions thoroughly.

  • Deliver accurate translations between English and Spanish during patient consultations, medical procedures, and various interactions.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist patients in scheduling their appointments effectively.
  • Conduct data entry and ensure the accuracy of patient records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, data entry, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
