Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Membership Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of membership registration, renewal, and database management, ensuring a positive experience for current and prospective members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage membership enrollment, renewal, and retention processes, utilizing Salesforce to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, families, and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote membership benefits, events, and programs, utilizing Salesforce to segment audiences and track engagement.
  • Support the implementation of programs and activities designed to engage and support members, coordinating with program staff to ensure alignment with membership goals.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from members and their families to identify areas for improvement, creating a bridge between members, families, and club staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or some college coursework in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, with a commitment to community engagement and youth development.
Working Conditions

The Membership Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with diverse stakeholders, including members, families, staff, and external partners. The successful candidate will be able to manage behavior problems of students, organize and supervise students in a safe environment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
