Sales and Revenue Growth Strategist

Warwick Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our revenue growth initiatives at our Warwick Denver location. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and achieving quarterly and annual goals.
About the RoleThis role reports directly to the General Manager and is a key member of our Executive team. As Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be expected to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales action plans to drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Source, qualify, and book new business for the hotel, including Groups and Banquet and Catering sales
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscape, and local events that may impact the hotel
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with a service-oriented approach
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role as Director of Sales and Marketing within a hotel environment
- Experience managing and motivating sales team members as direct reports
- Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to comprehend, read, write, and speak English fluently
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
