Sales OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our group sales team in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel sales, with a deep understanding of the Denver market.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and achieve the hotel's group sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the group sales team in achieving departmental goals and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain relationships with key external partners, including Hilton, CVENT, Aurora CVB, Denver CVB, Local Chambers, and other lead sources.
- Collaborate with the Director of Catering & Convention Services to align departmental activities and implement beneficial changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in a hotel/resort environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce (Delphi), CVENT, Meeting Broker, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Highly competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
