We are seeking a Group Business Development Manager to join our team at the Warwick Denver location. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong business relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS
- SOURCE, QUALIFY, AND BOOK NEW BUSINESS FOR THE HOTEL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and local market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
