Director of Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Revenue Growth to join our team at Warwick Hotels and Resorts. This role will play a vital part in driving revenue growth and success for the hotels in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing in a full-service hotel environment. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing local sales teams, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales action plans, forecast and evaluate trends, and modify strategies to enhance revenues effectively.
- Manage or influence local sales teams and all sales and marketing efforts.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships with a service-oriented approach.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry and local competitive landscape knowledge.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure quarterly and annual revenue goals are achieved for the hotels in the region.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years in a Director of Sales and Marketing role within a full-service hotel environment.
- Experience managing and motivating other sales team members as direct reports.
- Possess excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to comprehend, read, write, and speak English fluently.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location: Warwick Denver, CO.
