Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations to guarantee project completion aligns with organizational objectives and departmental protocols.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing milestones and task assignments. Ensure the creation, updating, and distribution of essential project documentation, including contact lists, schedules, and meeting summaries.
  • Leverage specialized information systems and software tools to maintain consistency and quality in project execution, providing visibility into project timelines and status.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers, applying this knowledge to enhance personal performance and contribute to team objectives.
  • Exercise decision-making autonomy within established guidelines, resolving technical issues while consulting with senior team members for complex challenges.
  • Lead and guide project personnel, participating in regular meetings to provide direction, update on project status, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Proactively identify potential risks to project success and address issues across functions to meet client commitments and organizational targets.
  • Engage in the identification and development of process enhancements.
  • Communicate project requirements and commitments clearly, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients at both project management and executive levels.
  • Assess resource needs, manage allocation, and ensure accountability for deadlines.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business Administration is required.
  • An MBA is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Regularly required to use hands for various tasks, and frequently required to stand, walk, talk, or hear. May involve lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Work may occur in various environmental conditions, including exposure to mechanical parts, wet conditions, and moderate noise levels.
