As a Facilities Operations Supervisor, you will lay the groundwork for our commitment to maintaining clean and well-functioning facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our maintenance team, ensuring the proper operation of all areas and equipment to guarantee a safe environment for our members. When a member arrives to use their preferred equipment, your leadership will ensure it is in optimal condition. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- General expertise in equipment repair and facility maintenance
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
- Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with computer applications, including email and maintenance tracking
- Previous experience in health club maintenance is highly desirable
- Reliable transportation required
- CPR/AED certification
- Ability to work in environments with elevated noise levels, including gym equipment sounds and music.
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical components.
- Daily tasks may involve lifting weights or equipment, bending, reaching, climbing, and remaining stationary for extended periods.
- Must be capable of moving fitness equipment weighing at least 50 pounds.
- Regular exposure to various cleaning agents and maintenance materials.
Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing maintenance staff to ensure all tasks are executed with precision and efficiency.
- Conducting facility inspections to identify repair needs and maintaining the club's maintenance records.
- Collaborating with management to address maintenance requirements and establish repair timelines.
- Supervising or coordinating external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Acquiring necessary repair parts, materials, and tools.
- Executing routine preventative maintenance and maintaining associated logs.
- Performing regular safety checks in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Engaging with members on the gym floor to enhance their experience.

Compensation: $66,560 - $72,000 annually.
