Key Responsibilities- Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
- Employee Supervision: Supervise and train employees to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of customer service and facility maintenance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the facility is secure and safe for employees and patrons, implementing emergency procedures as needed.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials, ensuring they are properly stocked and maintained.
- Event Operations: Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.
- Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in facility operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and reporting.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a cold environment.
- Competitive Salary: $23.86/hour.
