Overview:
The Classical Association of the Atlantic States (CAAS) is in search of a capable individual to join our administrative team. This role is designed for a full-time commitment, offering a collaborative and dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Preparation of materials for meetings
2. Management of mailings
3. Handling general correspondence
4. Assisting with communications pertaining to committee activities
5. Data entry as required (Raisers Edge)
6. Additional office responsibilities as assigned
The individual will report directly to the Programs Administrator.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office), is essential. Strong communication skills and prior experience in administrative support within an office environment are required.

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is $30,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The Classical Association of the Atlantic States is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
