Job Opportunity

Industrial Sales Manager - New England Territory

DiVal Safety Equipment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Industrial division in the New England territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, sales operations, and account management, with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve 12% annual growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular feedback and insights

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or account management
  • 3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable vehicle record
