Industrial Waste Water Business Development Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Waste Water Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing long-term, integrated industrial/municipal contracts for Veolia, meeting targets for business type, risk profile, and pricing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in a related field. They will be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and possess excellent project planning and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial waste water market
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with Veolia Engineering and Operations to adapt existing products to market needs
- Manage and participate in proposal preparation, pricing, and presentations to customers
- Lead negotiation with customers, including preparation of agreements and possible structuring of financing solutions
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of progressive sales experience in a related field
- Proven track record of success in complex business transactions, pricing, and project finance
- Excellent communication, project planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to review, comprehend, and negotiate complex legal contracts
- Knowledge of Veolia business, services offered, capabilities, and inter-relationship with other divisions in the Veolia Group
