At Corient Private Wealth LLC, we're on a mission to empower talented individuals to excel in their careers. As a Client Success Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping high-net-worth individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and inquiries
  • Coordinate with client, advisor, and support teams to execute and track client requests
  • Take prompt and effective action to address client needs and concerns
  • Proactively handle challenging client requests and provide solutions
  • Support data input for client prospecting and scheduling meetings between advisory teams and clients
  • Input client and advisor requests into Salesforce and track completion
  • Retrieve and distribute client statements, tax documents, and other reports
  • Generate portfolio reports and communicate with clients daily
  • Complete required paperwork and open accounts for existing clients
  • Understand and adhere to the firm's wealth management process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client needs and requests
  • Must be a goal-oriented team player with a 'no job is beneath me' attitude
  • Community service driven and charitably minded
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly flexible and confidential with all client and firm matters
