About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective use of our platform in classrooms across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote training sessions for educators to help them integrate our resources into their curriculum.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to teachers, addressing any issues they may encounter and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educators, understanding their needs and feedback to enhance our offerings.
  • Monitor usage patterns and engage with educators to increase the active use of our platform and resources.
  • Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and help shape future updates and features.
  • Participate in educational conferences and events, representing our company and providing on-the-spot training and demonstrations as needed.
  • Travel occasionally (3-4 times per year) for in-person trainings and presentations, helping to expand our reach and impact.
Qualifications
  • Teaching experience in grades 6-12 science is required (chemistry or physical science preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Experience in customer success, support, or a related client-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel and public speaking.
  • Passionate about education and the role of technology in enhancing learning outcomes.
