Key Responsibilities- Conduct remote training sessions for educators to help them integrate our resources into their curriculum.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to teachers, addressing any issues they may encounter and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educators, understanding their needs and feedback to enhance our offerings.
- Monitor usage patterns and engage with educators to increase the active use of our platform and resources.
- Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and help shape future updates and features.
- Participate in educational conferences and events, representing our company and providing on-the-spot training and demonstrations as needed.
- Travel occasionally (3-4 times per year) for in-person trainings and presentations, helping to expand our reach and impact.
- Teaching experience in grades 6-12 science is required (chemistry or physical science preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Experience in customer success, support, or a related client-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Comfortable with occasional travel and public speaking.
- Passionate about education and the role of technology in enhancing learning outcomes.
