Ventilation Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Building Products Sales Professional to serve as our Area Market Manager/Company Sales Representative in the New England Region. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of developing new business.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for all sales activities within their designated territory, working closely with the Sales Management and Customer Service teams to achieve market and revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term account goals.
- Sales of residential attic ventilation products through one and two-step distribution channel partners.
- Leading educational seminars for Distributors, Builders, Architects, and Roofing Contractors on the quality and value of Lomanco's ventilation systems.
- Maintaining accurate sales activity records, including sales calls, presentations, sales prospecting, and follow-up activities.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive contact management system.
- Creating an annual Territory Business Plan detailing activities and methodologies used to meet or exceed growth forecasts.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in Building Product sales.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook).
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to travel overnight frequently.
