We are currently in search of a Corporate Culinary Operations Manager to join our dynamic corporate team in Denver, CO.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Food and Beverage and requires a willingness to travel extensively, up to 90% of the time.

As a key advocate for our Food and Beverage Operations, we expect you to be an authority in enhancing the culinary aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all Food and Beverage initiatives, ensuring alignment with both brand and corporate objectives.
  • Provide expertise to drive hotel sales through effective marketing strategies and cost management solutions.
  • Foster innovation in Food and Beverage, developing actionable plans to bring new ideas to market swiftly.
  • Align Food and Beverage teams with the vision and mission of Stonebridge and our associated brands.
  • Address and resolve issues related to POS systems, vendor relationships, and operational challenges.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting our business.
  • Collaborate with the training team to establish and communicate best practices and standard operating procedures across our hotel portfolio.
  • Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and improving profitability.
  • Assist in hotel openings by selecting talent, imparting brand knowledge, and fulfilling training requirements.
  • Monitor relevant metrics to identify and manage business risks effectively.
  • Execute consistent brand initiatives and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate training related to employee conduct, liquor service, and food safety.
  • Engage in recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.

Required Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience managing multiple units is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Extensive brand experience with recognized hotel chains such as Hilton, Marriott, or Hyatt.
  • Proven ability to implement effective systems and processes for program execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, event management, SOPs, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient in Micros POS and capable of troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Certification in food safety and liquor service is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
