Job Overview

Position Overview:
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all culinary operations for a dining account.

Your role will involve leading a team of associates and ensuring all safety and sanitation standards are upheld within the account.

Additionally, as a vital member of the culinary team, your responsibilities will include:

Core Responsibilities:
Overseeing cost management and controlling expenditures for the account
Designing and developing all menus
Managing inventory and procurement
Implementing new culinary initiatives in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary degree is preferred
Three to five years of experience in culinary management
Experience in high-volume production and catering is essential
Previous experience in cost management
A strong desire to learn and grow within a leading foodservice organization
