Job Summary:

In the role of Culinary Operations Manager, you will oversee all culinary activities for a designated dining account. You will lead and manage a team of culinary professionals while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. As a vital member of the culinary team, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing cost controls and overseeing expenditures for the account
  • Designing and developing all menu offerings
  • Overseeing purchasing and inventory management
  • Implementing new culinary initiatives in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree is preferred
  • Three to five years of experience in culinary management
  • Experience in high-volume production and catering is essential
  • Previous experience in managing cost controls
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within a leading foodservice organization
