Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator - HR Department plays a vital role in supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the HR Team, freeing them from administrative tasks and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. This position demands a deep understanding of GreatAmerica's operations and the ability to navigate complex situations with poise.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the CHRO and leadership team, including arranging appointments, meetings, and events
- Coordinating calendars and communicating with executives, leaders, and team members
- Assisting with expense reports, meeting agendas, presentation decks, and tracking action items
- Delivering HR administrative services, encompassing new hire welcome lunches, leadership events, and off-site planning
- Collaborating with administrative assistants to schedule new hire one-on-one sessions with senior leaders
- Managing nameplate creation, college event management, and holiday gift administration
- Contributing to reward and recognition initiatives, including monthly honors and service awards
- Sustaining the corporate calendar and monitoring professional affiliations (SHRM, CLFP, etc.)
- Organizing and documenting meeting minutes, following up on action items, and overseeing designated projects
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of an associate's degree
- Preferably, at least three years of dedicated administrative support experience to an executive/leader, handling confidential information, and extensive calendaring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT TEAMS AND ADOBE SUITE
