We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at United Fire & Casualty. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our executive team and provide exceptional administrative support.

About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team. This includes managing schedules, ensuring timely and accurate management of information flow, and handling various administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Manage complex schedules, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
  • Communication Management: Act as the point of contact for certain executives and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and information exchange.
  • Expense Reporting: Track, organize, and coordinate expense reporting.
  • Event Planning: Assist with events, including finding a location, ordering food, and meeting with vendors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of executive/administrative assistant related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise prudent judgment involving issues of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
