At United Fire & Casualty, we are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our executive team.

About the Role

The Executive Support Specialist will be responsible for managing access to the executive team by directing communication and information flow. They will also maintain complex schedules, ensure timely and accurate management of information flow, and handle various administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Management: Act as the point of contact for certain executives and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and information exchange.
  • Schedule Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts as needed to ensure smooth operation.
  • Information Management: Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, including tracking, organizing, and coordinating expense reporting.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative backup support to the executive assistant team, including support to other executives as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of executive/administrative assistant related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise prudent judgment involving issues of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
