We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Lily AI. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving awareness, generating pipeline, and closing revenue within your assigned geography.
About the RoleIn this role, you will:
- Prospect into large retailers to educate them on the benefits of Lily AI and how our technology can enhance their customer shopping experiences.
- Closely work with internal resources to develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with customer pain points and business objectives.
- Manage and own the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to deal close.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with Enterprise customers.
- Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in field sales, selling SaaS applications to Enterprise customers.
- Recent experience working for an emerging tech company or has sold from small to big companies.
- Experience selling into large retailers ($1B+ revenue).
- Proven ability to win net new logos.
- Track record of quota over achievement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated repeatable process for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 USD per year, depending on experience and seniority. We also offer equity and ownership opportunities.
