About the Role:


As an SMB Account Executive at Sybill, you will drive customer acquisition in our SMB segment. You will join a high-performing team of sales professionals focused on AI-first B2B software sales.

Responsibilities:
Manage prospects from lead to close
Proactively identify and engage new prospects using direct email campaigns, LinkedIn, and cold calling
Clearly articulate and demonstrate the Sybill value proposition
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets with accurate monthly forecasting
Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to signing
Collaborate across teams - including Engineering, Product, and Marketing

Requirements:
3+ years of relevant closing experience, ideally within a SaaS environment
Experience in a Product-Led Growth company is a plus
Quota crusher with a demonstrated ability to effectively identify, engage, and convert leads into profitable business
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders
Ability to proactively identify pain points in the product with our customers
Humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed
High energy and startup attitude, with strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
Must be based in the US
