Job Title: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly skilled Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in building and implementing DEI initiatives across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate essential business development and professional development functions for Partners and Associates enrolled in EAC programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships of trust with attorneys at the firm, particularly those from underrepresented groups.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to design and deliver training programs.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and sponsorship to support the growth and development of attorneys.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD or other advanced degree welcomed.
  • 7+ years of experience in professional or business development.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging.
