**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with city agencies to develop and implement equity and inclusion strategies
* Build coalitions and trust with the community through targeted programming and outreach
* Provide expertise on equity and inclusion to inform policy and program decisions
* Work with young people to build their capacity as equity and inclusion leaders

**Requirements:**

* Currently enrolled in high school with a strong interest in digital media, design, or related fields
* Passion for social media platforms and a desire to create engaging content
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
